DRDO Coaching Classes at Surbhi Academy
Defense Research & Development Organization (DRDO) is a branch of the Department of Defense Research and Development of the Ministry of Defense. The CEPTAM exam validates candidates for the post of Admin & Allied Cadre; “B” posts scientists and engineers through a CBT test.
DRDO Eligibility Requirement
For scientists and engineer level- First class pass bachelor degree in any of discipline from science or computer science engineering or Technology with a valid GATE 2016/2017/2018 score. Eligibility differs for different posts.
AGE LIMIT
Candidate must be between 18 -28 Years.
Application fee-
Candidates are required to pay a sun of 100/-. Moreover, female candidates, candidates from reserved category and ex-servicemen are exempted from application fee.
DRDO Exam pattern
The exam is based on a two-tier selection process
Tier 1- CBT for screening
The computer-based exam consists of 150 questions of 1 mark each, which are to be completed in a duration of 2-hour. The exam will consist of a question based on these sections.

Tier II
Tier II consists of 100 questions of 1 mark each that is to be completed in a duration of 90 minutes. The questions will be based accordingly from specific to subject code, as per education qualification and concerned post.
